If you have your own stand system or book a complete package, the basic package - which includes the area booked - provides a firm foundation for your time as an exhibitor at FOCUSRESELLER. Additional services such as advertising are already included in the basic package and the mandatory additional costs.
The following services are included in the basic package:
- Stand space
- Company entry in the trade fair catalogue with address, logo (online and in the FOCUSRESELLER magazine) and hyperlink (online only)
- Free publication of your press releases and trade fair promotions
- Logo in visitor campaigns, e.g. in advertisements and on flyers
- Unlimited number of admission codes at no cost for free day tickets (guest tickets) - printed or as csv file - for inviting your customers and partners to the event
- Online service for arranging meetings between visitors and exhibitor staff via the event website
- Dedicated contact at the exhibitor service point before and during the event
- Provision of an AccessCard for catering services on a cashless basis at your own stand and all FOCUSRESELLER catering areas, such as the market place
- Exhibitor passes and stand set-up/dismantling passes: up to 49 sqm 4 passes, from 50 sqm 8 passes, from 90 sqm 12 passes, from 130 sqm 16 passes, from 170 sqm 20 passes
- Night-time surveillance of the entire facility
- Access to visitor addresses (compliant with data protection regulations) after the event for exhibitors to use as they choose

The ECONOMY basic package includes the trade fair stand and additional services. Organisational matters are dealt with centrally by the project team, thus enabling the provision of customised features at an excellent price/performance ratio.
In addition, the FOCUSRESELLER project team carefully checks the services ordered prior to your arrival to ensure your stand can be handed over on time and in the proper condition.

- 1 spotlight per 3 sqm of stand area, with busbar mounted to ceiling
- Choice of hire furniture to the value of 25.00 EUR per sqm of booked stand area. Further equipment can be rented for a minor additional charge
- Daily stand cleaning and waste disposal
- 1 long-term parking permit
- W-LAN connection for 2 work stations
The following services are also included in the complete package:
- Consulting services for stand planning and ordering additional services
- Turnkey hand-over in line with exhibitor's specifications
- Supervision of stand set-up and dismantling - by project manager from the FOCUSRESELLER team

Careful checks of the services ordered and prompt hand-over of the stand in the correct condition by the FOCUSRESELLER team are of course part of the services offered.
